FIRST TEAM OUTING!

The Wildcats made their way to Bemidji for a pre-season scrimmage. The opponents had been together for weeks and came out strong with speed, but not good enough to get the victory. The Wildcats were only together for a few days and by putting their athletic skills together for the first time they came out with a 2-2 tie against Bemidji. The following day after a tough practice the Wildcats had some serious team bonding. Starting out with a scavenger hunt, then Van vs. Van (Ming Ming vs. Lenny) in kick ball, intense games of horse shoes, canoeing, and the girls ended the night with Capture the Flag in the dark. Over all the trip brought the team much closer and helped them prepare for the 2010 season! Lets go Wildcats!

Only in England!

A PE teacher from West Yorkshire has used a gymnast-style flip to beat the world record for the longest-ever football throw in.
Danny Brooks, 28, launched a ball 49.78m (163ft) - half the length of a football field.
